A rotating schedule each month of the following DCC Fitness Classes (included with your membership)
- 1st Tuesday - Equipment Training (How to safely operate equipment)
- 2nd Tuesday - Senior Workout (Muscle Strengthening and Improving Bone Density)
- 3rd Tuesday - Boot Camp (Weightlifting and plyometrics)
- 4th Tuesday - Senior Workout (Muscle Strengthening and Improving Bone Density)
- 5th Tuesday (when applicable) - Boot Camp (Weightlifting and plyometrics)
